"Self Reflection"

Full of life.
She was messy & wild & utterly daring.
She paused when the sun kissed her cheeks.
She moved with compassion,
Her heart so caring. 

She chased her fears to the shores,
Only to discover they were trapped in the prison of her own mind. 
She was her biggest opponent. 

Yet, she marched boldly. 
Allowed herself to go to the deep places that scared her,
And arose from the ash whole. 
She walked the tension between surrender and initiative;
Between dreamer & dreaming.

She is genuine.

She is raw.

She is honest. 

She is joy.
